I purchased all the nursery rhymes and spent a good amount of money but now since the app was updated my purchase was deleted (no refund). I paid for it and want what I paid for or give a full refund. Need to fix this asap! Resolve now! This is for kids.

My son enjoys listening to the rhymes and since its interactive, he loves it even more, but the app drains the battery a lot.

I bought the app for my 2 year old and like everyone else with the update it wiped clean... HOWEVER, before I wrote negative reviews I contacted them and the were quick to respond with the fix! I really appreciate the quick response and helpfulness of this team! My 2 year old is happy and so am I! Thank you!

The updated version is so much better. More songs, alphabet songs, vehicles, animals..its virtually everything my 2yr old likes. No more searching the app store for rhymes that he doesnt even like. He recognizes this app button and is easily able to see the ones he likes and navigate. Good going!

I lost my in app purchased songs on my last update. I used the contact form on their website and they did provide instructions to fix. 3 stars for the inconvenience and not having a phone number on the website. How to get your old rhymes back? Tap on Nursery Rhymes (first button) in the first screen. Just tap on the locked rhymes. There will be a parental control question. Once you answer, you will see the unlock screen. Tap on restore. Do not press unlock. Enter the Apple id which used for earlier purchases of rhymes and all your purchased rhymes should get restored.

So they had a glitch. Its fixed!! I emailed them and I had an answer in under 5 minutes!! The app is great! My son loves it. Very sweet and educational. Also interactive! Highly recommended!

I will no longer use this app. I not going to keep pay money for this every time you update.

This is one of her favorite apps. I have not spent any money so we just use the free songs.

I spend $11.99 to be allowed access to all of the nursery rhymes and within a few days, they updated the program and locked all but 9 out of the 40 nursery rhymes I had purchased. They added additional categories that require additional charges to unlock these as well. So basically they stole my money and I have less than I originally had access to. Ripoff

I paid $11.99 but still couldnt unlock n get single rhyme and all tht i paid in past also wasted as it didnt restore n my kid doesnt stop crying now ... Comon man this is not fair

They dont tell you that most of the nursery rhymes cost money. You have to wait to download and the nursery rhymes are on a different app.

This app is absolutely wonderful. Dont understand what all the complaints are about the pricing, in my opinion it is perfectly fair and well worth it for all that it does for the kids..not only in entertaining them but in teaching them as well. My son is autistic and this app actually helped him to speak his first words and continues teaching him new words and has helped him repeat words as well. Sure they had a glitch with the app update but they worked very closely with me to get it back up and running again and now it works perfectly. And they even gave me free packs due to all the frustration it had caused. My son spends lots of time on this app and would be miserable without it ...keep up the good work. Your children will love this app.

Weve had this app for over a year! My son loves the songs and interaction of the app. We have it on my iPhone 6plus, 5c, and iPad 4!! We got a glitch with one of the updates and the customer service for this app was amazing! They always got right back to me via email. We eventually solved the issues at hand. I dont know why people would complain about the price! The packs are less then a cup of coffee and kids love it!!! Worth every penny!! My son loves all the nursery rhymes, animals, ABCs, and fruits!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This app was worth the purchase. My son loves it. Each song has different screens with interactive characters. Graphics are good, music is nice. My only gripe is the fact that the other songs that are locked appear to him just like the unlocked, except that they have a cartoon padlock over it. This makes it hard for my son to only be happy with the purchase I made since the other ones are made to be enticing. I know you want to sell your product but may I ask perhaps the size of ones that are locked are made much smaller visually. This way, they are a little less in the kids face, yet still easily available.

The subscription only is a terrible idea.

The subscription option works better as previously in app purchases were required for every add on pack. I wouldnt have paid for 30-40 packs. Too messy to handle. But a one time subscription option is good. Now, all I look for is more and more new fun songs and rhymes for my baby! He is learning new words and also tries to sing along. Hours of fun!!

Very nicely and thoughtfully create app, my 2 year old just loves it.

One of my daughters fav apps. She loves to tap everywhere for the sounds and animations. It keeps her busy and new songs are good for her early learning like ABCs, veggies, rhymes, etc.

Very good design. Excellent app for kids below 5. Highly recommend.

My nephew love this app so much. Thanks to Internet Design Zone for such a wonderful app.
