Lost my in app purchases

I lost my in app purchased songs on my last update. I used the contact form on their website and they did provide instructions to fix. 3 stars for the inconvenience and not having a phone number on the website.

How to get your old rhymes back?
Tap on Nursery Rhymes (first button) in the first screen. Just tap on the locked rhymes. There will be a parental control question. Once you answer, you will see the unlock screen.
Tap on restore. Do not press unlock.
Enter the Apple id which used for earlier purchases of rhymes and all your purchased rhymes should get restored.
